True Blood season 3 episode 12

True Blood Season 3 Episode 12 did not air last night. There is still one week before True Blood Season 3 Episode 12 airs, to bring Season 3 itself to an end. After eight straight weeks of uninterrupted shows, fans haveto wait an additional week for the very last one of the year. They can blame the Labor Day holiday for that, as even vampires apparently need time off from their hard labor. But after their rest ends, True Blood Season 3 Episode 12 will put them through the ringer once more in 2010.

This is the second break in the year for the HBO hit, after it took the Fourth of July holiday off. Back then, the show had aired the first three episodes of the season, and still had a lot more to go. But after this break, there is just one more before the sunlight hits Bon Temps for good in 2010.

When True Blood Season 3 Episode 12 airs, it must resolve the cliffhanger of Eric trying to kill himself and vampire king Russell in the daylight. But since Eric is one-third of the series' main triangle, and since Russell is the season's main villain, it is unlikely that they would die in the first minute or two. Since "Evil Is Going On" in the episode, they'd have to take part in a lot more havoc.

As for Bill and Sookie, True Blood Season 3 Episode 12 teases that things might not be getting better for them. At this time last year, Bill had proposed to Sookie, just before getting kidnapped. But as this year ends, Sookie is said to be contemplating a life without Bill, or any more vampire drama.

It has taken her three seasons, and the revelation that she is a fairy, for Sookie to consider wanting out. Of course, heading into True Blood Season 3 Episode 12, fans of the series are not planning on leaving any time soon.

On screen, the show has somehow pushed the boundaries even further with sex, gore and the supernatural. Off screen, the show has somehow gotten even bigger, with increased buzz, nude bloody covers on Rolling Stone, and the real-life wedding of Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer.
