BB Murder Case Investigation Be Conducted As Per CrPC Aitzaz

Latest Updates Former president Supreme Court bar association Chaudhry Aitzaz Ahsan has said that Benazir Bhutto’s murder be investigated in the light of criminal penal code.

Talking to media outside the apex court, Aitzaz said that the investigation be conducted in a transparent and without any pressure.

He said that the murder case has become more complicated. He said that the driver’s statement showed contradiction, and added that nobody could be kept out of grilling process until he or she is proved to be innocent.

Referring to a programme on Naseem Zehra ‘Policy Matters, he said that BB’s driver’s statement contradicted the statement of five people recorded earlier during the grilling, and added that nobody could be kept out of grilling process until he or she is proved to be innocent.
