China 86 Killed Due To Heavy Rains And Flooding

At least 86 people have been killed after heavy rains have triggered massive flooding and mudslides across southern China.

Further showers were expected in the region in the next few days, and MET office have warned China might see the worst flooding in decades this year.

Rainstorms also caused rivers to swell and dikes to burst. The heavy waters threatened reservoirs and damaged highways, bridges and power facilities in the area.
