Iran Says Draft Sanctions Resolution Has "No Chance"

Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki expressed surprise on Wednesday when asked about a draft sanctions resolution that has been agreed by world powers .

There is no chance for a new resolution, Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki told reporters when asked about the draft resolution, which was agreed by all five permanent members of the Security Council.

A couple of the members of the Security Council have come up with a new recipe in their kitchen, he said. It seems that this new dish they have prepared is not being given to the guests in a timely manner, and the guests have already had their lunch.
