The national women cricket team would face Sri Lanka in the first match of women T20 being started in West Indies.As many as eight teams are participating in the event, which have been divided in two groups.
The inauguration match would be held between West Indies and South Africa. The match would be succeeded by Australia and England.
Pakistani squad is in the second group, which consists of India, Sri Lanka and New Zealand. Sana Mir has been given captaincy for the tournament.
