Supreme Court’s five member larger bench will begin the hearing of case regarding implementation of NRO today.The larger bench is constituted upon five judges, presided by Justice Nasir ul Mulk along with Justice Raja Fayyaz Ahmad, Justice Jawad S Khawaja, Justice Rehmat Hussain Jaffery, and Justice Tariq Pervaiz.
The court has called in Chairman NAB Navid Ahsan and Law Secretary today for not writing the letter regarding opening of swiss cases by the government, during the last hearing.
However, Law Secretary resigned as soon as this notice was issued. Attorney General Maulvi Anwaar ul Haq will update the court regarding the proceedings of swiss cases.
